All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges once an order is placed, except as required by law. Please confirm your selection carefully before purchasing.
2. Defective or Damaged Jewelry
If your jewelry arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to [support@resolutegems.com].

3. Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, made-to-order, or engraved pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances, unless defective.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, insurance, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If an item must be replaced due to our error, we will cover the cost of shipping the corrected order.
5. Consumer Rights
This policy complies with California and U.S. consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights remain intact — nothing in this policy limits your right to a refund for goods that are faulty, misrepresented, or otherwise protected by law.
