Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii). We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for expedited services.

Processing Times

In-stock items: 1–2 business days to process before shipment.
Made-to-order / customized pieces: Processing and production times are listed on each product page and begin once your order is confirmed.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S.)

2-Day (Flat Rate): $16.75 per order
Complimentary 2-Day on $1,000+ orders: We provide free insured 2-Day shipping on orders totaling $1,000 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Overnight / Saturday Delivery (optional): If available to your address, rates are shown at checkout.
Priority Mail- 2-3 business days $10.60 per order

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude processing time.

Insurance & Signature Requirements

All shipments are insured.
Adult signature (21+) is required for shipments of $1,000+ and may be required for certain high-value or customized items at our discretion. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If you need an address update and your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately via our Contact page—changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Holidays & Weather

Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather or unforeseen events. These delays are outside our control, but we’ll support you with updates whenever possible.
